Control what is stored, how long it stays, and how to answer data requests.
Choose What Is Stored#
Under Settings → Form Features → Privacy & GDPR, set IP Address Storage to store, anonymize or not store. The choice applies before an entry is saved.
Answer Data Requests#
The plugin works with WordPress's own Export Personal Data and Erase Personal Data tools. Choose whether erasure deletes matching entries or anonymizes them.
Delete Old Entries (Pro)#
Set a global period under Data Retention, or choose per form: Use Global Default, Keep Forever, or Delete After N Days.
Update Your Privacy Policy#
The plugin adds suggested text to WordPress's Privacy Policy Guide. Review it and adjust it for your site. This is not legal advice.
Add a Legal Consent field (Pro) if you need visitors to agree to your terms.
