Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality and functionality of HappyDivi. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. No questions asked.

To request a refund, simply email our support team at support@happydivi.com. We do ask that you reach out to us first if you encounter any technical issues-we resolve most support requests within a few hours and would love the opportunity to help you get the most out of your purchase.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

What Happens to My License After a Refund?
Upon issuing a refund, your license will be deactivated, and you must immediately cease all use of the HappyDivi plugin and remove it from any websites where it has been installed.

30-Day Window Strictly Enforced.
Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund. We strongly encourage you to install and test the plugin promptly after purchase to ensure it meets your needs. If your first attempt to use the plugin occurs more than 30 days after purchase, it will not qualify for a refund.

Chargebacks.
If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card issuer without first contacting our support team to request a refund, your license will be immediately suspended. We reserve the right to present evidence of your purchase and our refund policy to contest any chargeback.

We want you to feel confident buying from HappyDivi. Here’s our honest promise:

When you buy a Lifetime License, you’re not renting software year by year. You pay once, and you get:

How long does “lifetime” last?

In the real world, no software company can promise updates forever — WordPress itself changes, technologies shift, and even the best plugins eventually need major rewrites or retirement. Instead of hiding this, we choose to be upfront:

We guarantee your license for at least 10 full years from your purchase date. That’s a decade of updates and support.

After those 10 years?

• Your plugin will still work on the sites where it’s installed.

• We will likely continue supporting you, but we don’t want to make a promise we might not keep.

• If we do end updates, you’ll be notified long in advance.

Most lifetime licenses from other WordPress developers work exactly the same way, they just don’t tell you. We believe you deserve to know the truth, kindly.

Refunds are still covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. No fine print, no tricks.

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after the 30-day guarantee period has expired.

• Lack of technical skill or misunderstanding of how the plugin works. We provide full documentation and support to help you succeed.

• Incompatibility with your specific hosting environment, WordPress setup, or other third-party plugins beyond what is reasonably addressed by our support team.

• Purchase of the wrong license type (e.g., buying a single‑site license when you need a agency or lifetime license). We are happy to assist with license upgrades or exchanges, but refunds will not be issued for this reason.

• Duplicate transactions – if you accidentally purchase the same license twice, we will refund the duplicate amount upon request.

1. Contact Support First. Email us at support@happydivi.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Our support team will respond within 24 hours (usually much faster).

2. Provide Purchase Details. Please include the email address used at checkout and, if possible, the last four digits of the payment method used. This helps us locate your order quickly.

3. Allow Processing Time. Once your refund is approved, we will process it within 3 business days. After that, your financial institution may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
