Go to HappyDivi Form → Analytics.
Privacy by Default#
Analytics set no cookies and store no IP address. Visitors are recognized with a hash that changes daily. Under Settings → Form Features → Form Analytics, you can turn recording off, turn country detection off, respect Do Not Track, and choose how long to keep the data. The default is 365 days.
Find what to fix
A large drop at one field usually means it is confusing or asks too much. Try making it optional, or hide it with conditional logic.
