Every field HappyDivi Form offers, and which ones need Pro.

| Phone | A phone number. Pro adds a country picker and international formatting |

| Number | Numbers, with an optional stepper |

| URL | A website address |

| Hidden | Values the visitor does not see, such as a campaign name |

| Name | One field, first and last, or an extended name |

| Select | A dropdown. Pro adds search and multi-select |

| Checkbox | Several choices. Pro adds chips and add-on rows |

| Radio | One choice. Pro adds cards and segmented buttons |

| Rating | Stars, including half stars |
