HappyDivi Form is a full Divi contact form plugin, built as a genuine native Divi 5 module from the ground up. Every field, Name Text, Email, Phone with country picker, Number, Select, Checkbox, Radio, Rating, Slider, Toggle, Calculated fields with a live formula builder, File Upload, Date/Time, Legal Consent, Section Break, and more, is its own child module with full Content, Design, and Advanced tab controls and a live Visual Builder preview, styled exactly like the rest of your Divi page.
Every submission is saved to custom database tables first, before anything else happens, visible instantly in a dedicated Entries screen in wp-admin, with status triage, starring, and bulk actions. Validation errors appear inline, next to the exact field that needs fixing, instead of a disconnected list at the top of the form. Email delivery runs through an async queue with automatic retry backoff, and you can route it through WordPress’s default mailer, direct SMTP, Brevo, or Postmark — with a full delivery log and one-click resend if anything ever fails.
Need to get paid? HappyDivi Form’s Pro tier adds Stripe hosted checkout with server-side price recalculation (so nobody can tamper with pricing on the client), automatic webhook setup, and a dedicated Orders admin page. Want to stop spam? A full security stack ,rate limiting, duplicate-submission detection, blocklists, and your choice of reCAPTCHA v3, hCaptcha, or Turnstile, is applied automatically, site-wide. Want to know where visitors actually give up? Built-in, cookieless analytics track views, conversions, and a field-by-field drop-off funnel.
